Wetsuit, Clothing and Footwear Returns Policy

We know that finding a great fitting wetsuit can be a struggle, so our returns policy is designed to make purchasing a suit a bit easier!

We offer a standard 14 days no quibble returns policy, so if you need to return an item simply follow the details on the link below.

Start the Returns Process

PLEASE NOTE, we can only accept returns of items in their original condition. Items must be unopened (apart from Wetsuits and clothing) and unused. Refunds and exchanges will not be issued if this is not the case.

Faulty Items

Don’t worry! If you have a faulty item we will arrange to either replace it, or refund the cost! If you have a faulty Pool, Pool Accessory or Inflatable Item, it is covered under a full manufacturer’s warranty!

Christmas Returns Policy

We have extended our returns policy to cover you over the Christmas Period. We will accept exchanges on any items ordered after 15th Novemver up to 14th of January. Our refund policy remains as normal.
