Who Are We?

We are a family business based in Exeter, sunny Devon! We retail through our website, eBay and Amazon. See our eBay Shop and excellent Feedback!

We only stock high quality products from brands such as Bestway, Intex and Osprey.

Paying for your purchases

We use a payment system called Paypal. This allows you to pay using your credit or debit cards. Paypal offers you protection against any loss so you are 100% safe!

We are also happy to accept Cheques, Postal Orders and Bank Transfers.

Delivery

* Delivery to mainland UK only *

We aim to offer you the lowest possible delivery costs. Our website automatically combines postage costs to save you money. We dispatch all orders made before 1:00pm the Same Day so that you don't miss the sunshine!

Larger items such as Swimming Pools, Boats, Solar Pool Covers and Camping equipment is send via next day delivery while smaller items such as wetsuits and standard pool covers are sent via the Royal Mail. All of our deliveries are insured against loss in the post so you don't need to worry!

99% of our deliveries arrive on time. When we dispatch your order we send you a confirmation email that contains a tracking number and instructions on how to view the status of your order online. Please note you may need to add sales@outdoorleisuredirect.co.uk to your contact list to receive this email.

Warranty

All of our products come with a minimum 90 day warranty. Intex and Bestway both have free phone helpline numbers just in case you have any problems and we are always here to help!

Outdoor Leisure Direct and the Community

We passionately believe in supporting community groups all around the country from children's sports teams to local committees. Because of this we offer these groups the chance to earn some extra money to help fund themselves. For every customer that they direct to us, we return a percentage of that sale back to the group. If you know a group who would like to benefit from this then please contact us!

The Environment

We feel that it is very important to look after the environment. We aim to recycle everything that we use and urge our customers to do the same with the packaging that their products come in.

We are aiming to offer our customers the chance to offset the carbon footprint that the delivery of their items cause in the near future.
